What is Goku's base powerlevel when he arrives on Namek? Is it 180,000, or is that when he's using kaioken.

He's at 90,000; backed up by his base Kaio-Ken bringing him to 180,000.

And Ginyu's estimation on his power.

Didn't Ginyu estimate Goku was around 60,000 before he fought him, after fighting him he believes Goku at max is 85,000?

His base battle power is 90,000, and 180,000 at regular Kaiô-Ken.
