Stopit! Stopit! Stopit! Damn you Dayspring! Now I have all the random scenes in my head they show at the opening too that for some reason are all from the Namek Saga even though it's the Saiyajin Saga being shown! I can't take the insanity! :P
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

Do they mention that it was in syndication over here for over 2 years?

I also have a question:

Did all of South America use the Mexican dub? Also, did Brazil use Portugal's dub?
I don't think so cause most South American countries speak more sophisticated spanish. As of where in Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, & Dominican Republic speak a more broken down spanish.

It'd be interesting to find out for sure...

Most of the time, when they had to make a French opening for an anime, they only used the first few episodes of said anime to make it. If you look at the French opening of Kinnikuman, you'll see that they used scenes of the first 2 or 3 episodes.
The résistance dies but never gives up.

And a single episode was dubbed into Gaeilge, Ireland's native language.

I guess the producers went out to lunch then came back, and found it cancelled. They then decided to finish the episode anyway, and be done with it?

No, he's just counting the languages, not separate dubbing companies.

Anyways, onto the 42 countries. This is translated from Dragon Book Z Volume 1. I put in the companies that were given (it's only for the 7 countries that had clips featured on the bonus disk).

North America

01. America – FUNimation Productions Inc.
02. Canada
03. Mexico

South America

04. Honduras
05. Venezuela
06. Brazil
07. Guatemala
08. El Salvador
09. Nicaragua
10. Costa Rica
11. Panama
12. Colombia
13. Ecuador
14. Peru
15. Chile
16. Paraguay
17. Argentina

Europe

18. Greece
19. Italy – Mediatrade Spa
20. Spain – AB Droits Audiovisuels
21. Portugal – AB Droits Audiovisuels
22. Switzerland
23. France – AB Droits Audiovisuels
24. Great Britain/United Kingdom
25. Holland/The Netherlands
26. Germany
27. Poland
28. Turkey
29. Cyprus

Asia, Oceania

30. Australia
31. New Zealand
32. Philippines
33. Indonesia
34. Singapore
35. Malaysia
36. Thailand
37. India
38. China – Toei Animation Enterprises Ltd.
39. Korea – 大元 C&A Holdings Co., Ltd.
40. Taiwan
41. Hong Kong

Africa

42. South Africa

I get the feeling that the Chinese and Korean companies might be backwards... They also accidentally highlighted Taiwan instead of China in the book. Pony Canyon, tisk tisk...
I believed it aired in the Dominican Republic of the Carribeans. I could of sworn seeing a DBGT episode there once. I believe they got the Mexican dub.
Right-o. They aired it in the Caribbean and in the Dominican Republic. In the Dominican Republic, all 3 series were shown, but I have no idea about the rest of the Caribbean cause I have yet to see DBGT air here... >.>

Dunno about the years, but I do know that we got the Mexican dub here and in the Dominican Republic.

They found out how long the series was and decided against it.

No, Brazil got a diffrent version from Portugal. I know that because I'm actually from Portugal. Brazil's version was a bit more censored.
