Those look fairly similar actually- the central green Shenlong thing, the player pieces, the arrangement of the images boxed by the movement spaces... It's not exactly the same, but close though to maybe be a later release of the same product.

Those look like DB-themed Bubble Paks. The most boring toy in all of creation. (Goal is to squeeze the pack so the bubble gets pushed away from the marking(s) on the outside. With the '7-star Ball' that would be challenging, but still boring)
