Yes, there was.
Those look fairly similar actually- the central green Shenlong thing, the player pieces, the arrangement of the images boxed by the movement spaces... It's not exactly the same, but close though to maybe be a later release of the same product.
EDIT- some brand-new ugly stuff I found in ebay hunting.

Just... geez, who the hell designed this thing? He looks like a glow-in-the-dark horned fishface.

I don't think there have been much board games made. Was there ever a DBZ Monopoly?
Yes, there was.
That Shin Budokai 2 Monopoly looks like a bootleg.
Still like to own it though.

What about Dragonball Jenga? The only difference is instead of yelling out "Jenga" when the blocks topples over, you scream out
"KAIOKEN!"

Actions have reactions so don't be quick to judge, you may not know the hardships that people don't speak of.

Those look like DB-themed Bubble Paks. The most boring toy in all of creation. (Goal is to squeeze the pack so the bubble gets pushed away from the marking(s) on the outside. With the '7-star Ball' that would be challenging, but still boring)

They are not bubble paks. You will squeeze that metal thing in the middle and that liquid will get warm. It's for warming your hands in winter)))
My GF have two pieces of this stuff, altough it's not Dragon Ball.

There's no reason to post four times in a row. You can go back and edit new things into your previous posts.

Some sort of Buu and Freeza "Mega Ball" (as the katakana says)
And.. this thing, from the same site. Lol. The animation made me chuckle.
And finally, this GIANT Buu plush.

Worst Goku wing I've seen in my life, they weren't even trying.
