Grandfather sounds more professional. But It's not up to me.

I'd have to agree with Sinspawn on this one. "Grandfather" does sound more formal.

For example, it bugs me when I'm on Bulbapedia (a Pokémon wiki for those of you not in the know) and look up "Bulbasaur" only to get a page saying "Bulbasaur is a Pokemon. You may also be looking for: (endless list of anime appearances of Bulbasaur)"

I'll just throw it out there that's not a great example, as not everyone will be looking for anime Bulbasaur or Bulbasaur stats from the games.

I really don't think a disambiguation page will be needed for the TWO Gohans that exist. Clearly, since Gohan the Crybaby is more prevalent in the story/more popular, and thus more likely to be searched for, he should get the redirect from "gohan." Of course, if anyone searches "grandpa gohan," they'll be taken to "Grandpa Gohan" or "Son Gohan (Grandpa)" or whatever.
