Are there any details of this character? Like his history? What he is able to do in a fight?

He first appears as a copy of the character that you're playing as, so it would seem he has Mimic. Whether or not his move list can be expanded with TMs has yet to be seen.

You're thinking of "Transform." "Mimic" is where you copy your opponents last attack. It works great for fighters with high defense but low speed. [/offtopic]

Ozotto was supposedly designed by Toriyama (so say some of the sites that mention the game, anyway). He's called "Majin Ozotto", like Boo, but in the game this is translated as "Ozotto the Super Monster". I've so far been unable to find any backstory for him.

I think we should create a bio of every character that has appeared but are rare or not well known in the DBZGT Universe

I can think of Ozotto, Alien Krillin, Soba the Yardrat, Tiencha, Tao Pai Pai EX the Robot, Prototype Androids, Paopao

"Alien Krillin" refers to Kurilien, a character Toriyama designed for Mystery of Shenlong. Paopao is a character from Attack of the Saiyans; she's sort of a Chi-Chi knockoff.

Ozotto is from DBZ VRVS, an arcade game.

Wow, I did not know any characters listed on that list except Kurilien and Paopao.
