I'll end up with 4:3, as far as the rest go I think I'll end up doing movie 2 at the moment 43 people wanted movie 1, even though there isn't that many comments here, Movie 1 will be finished monday, I'll do movie 2 on tuesday, if I decide to go ahead with movie 2.

Avidemux, while picky, is suitable for quickly trimming DVD VOBs, if that's what you have (and it's an adequate encoder too but not the best tool in existence. also, works much better on Linux than Windows.)

I'm rather interested in Z 108-276 myself, particularly 113-224, 231, 249, 255 and 269-276, where I don't have the higher grade of rip I have for the other eps (which has video defects but the audio is good enough and the recaps and previews are fully intact on all eps).

1st off I started with movies and not episodes so I'd finish the movies 1st.
2nd Time consuming, yes it is, I won't ever upload a ISO of my discs on MU without premium it takes hours just to put up each normal link.
3rd I will never use torrents as I disagree with them, as well as the fact most of the stuff on torrents are illegal, and I'd have to leave my pc on all day & night which costs a lot of money, which I simply don't have.
4th the rest of movie 1 will be here today.

You're already diving down the rabbit hole of complete illegal-ness, and the fact that you're trying to back away from distribution via the BitTorrent protocol shows a complete and thorough lack of understanding about the technological and legal backing behind it. None of it computes with itself.

I don't care about thinly-veiled discussions about "how" to go about doing something or what you discuss on your own time elsewhere, but as soon as it crosses the line into distribution via this forum, it's no longer allowed. That's not fair! The AB group DB/DBZ/DBGT movies/TV specials are for the most part unavailable, why prevent him from uploading them if he wants to?

I totally agree with that. I believe that if something doesn't have an official release it's not illegal. Say what you will about DBZ movies 1-9 & the TV Specials since those do have an official release everything else does not, so how will we ever get to see these now?

I'm not going to argue with VegettoEX. It's his forum, if he doesn't want it here, then we have no right to force it upon him, even if it is unavailable.

I still think that it's unfair, but rules are rules regardless of what I personally think.

That sounds like a good idea in theory, but the administration might still find out that we're doing it, so I was thinking of a site personally, but not link to it here.

Shame, but the admin has a point. At least I downloaded it before it got taken down. Before anyone calls me a pirate, I just want to put it out there that I already own movie 1 through Madman's "fat-pack sets".

You're right.

But what's moral and what's immoral requires a never ending and complicated discussion.
With a lot of point of views. Different opinions. And sometimes, even completely different point of views doesn't have, necessarily, a wrong side.

While the "legal" and "illegal" things are clearly defined (well.. not always they are here).
So, it's easier to get the rules based on what's legal then based on what's moral.

There are rules..
Everybody was supposed to read it.. And agreed..
Even if it was legal to post full downloads, a forum owner can decide what is allowed or not here...

I believe it's not because the admin want to be a strict ass or anything but it's because if the company that own the content find out that the content illegally shared here, the company will report it and delete the entire forum! or the admin could get in jail! (but I doubt it!)
