The first ten blurry ones are most likely from Plan to Exterminate the Saiyans. I can't think of anything else that features both "Tullece" and Super Saiyan Gohan.

The one after is obviously from the Cell Games, though I can't remember that specific scene.

The next two with Goten and Trunks are from DBZ Movie 11.

And the last one is from the very ending of the Cell Games, just after Cell's defeat.

Yep, Gohan became the one destined to fight Tullece. I guess it was because of their bonding during Movie 3 when Tullece made Scary-face Gohan to become an Oozaru.

It was at the beginning of Gohan and Cell's fight, after he was blown into the mountain if I recall it right, and it was prior to the birth of the Cell Jrs.

From what little I know about the OVA, it wasn't the real Tullece. It was some weird, over-powered clone of him created by the villain. There were clones of Freeza, Coola, and Slug as well; all villains who are otherwise toddlers compared to Cell-era Super Saiyans.

First off, PLEASE improve your spelling and grammar. I don't know if you're a native English-speaker or not, but if so then this is unacceptable for this forum. It's barely comprehensible, and I'm not even gonna try correcting it all because there's so much that I'd be practically rewriting your entire post.

Secondly, I already noted how they were stronger. They weren't the REAL Tullece, Slug, Coola, and Freeza. They were some sort of enhanced super-clones.

That's creepy.... there's even a fan art of Gohan tied up, Maybe the person who owns the account somehow need them for something?
And there's a picture of Gohan charging Kamehameha at the Cell Games and it looks like it's a new art! I think this is a cel. Anyone knows where this image from?

The Plan to Exterminate the Saiyans Playdia game has all kinds of weird clips, with that SSJ Gohan getting beaten by Tullece being one of them. There was also a clip on Youtube from the game of SSJ Goku charging up a 'Chou Genki Dama' and killing Hatchyack(?) with it.

And there's a picture of Gohan charging Kamehameha at the Cell Games and it looks like it's a new art! I think this is a cel. Anyone knows where this image from?
