I've translated some of the article to English, this is what it says:
"Carlos Segundo and Others Quit Dubbing Dragon Ball Kai
Bad news keeps coming over the dubbing of Dragon Ball Kai, Carlos Segundo has just quit the dub due to a disagreement with the company. The actor has confirmed this on his facebook page. It appears the disagreement is over economic matters, the same that happened weeks ago with Mario Castañeda, René García y Luis Daniel Ramírez.
"Carlhillos Segundo: Today I quit dubbing Dragon Ball Kai, since we couldn't come to a good agreement with the company. I lament the displeasure this has caused for Dragonball fans and fans of Piccolo, Kami-sama, Mr. Popo, and Master Tsuru."
Sadly another blow to the dub list and one of the most important who stayed until these days. Eduardo Garza has commented in his Twitter over Carlos leaving the dub.
"Eduardo Garza: This is sad, I just found out that Carlos Segundo will not be in DBKai... We've lost another great talent in the series. Drats!!!"
Sadly the fans' dreams of the dub being done by the original voice actors is getting further and further away, although this won't mean that those in charge of dubbing will do a bad job, on the contrary, what awaits is an excellent job with great quality, as what's accostumed with the artists. In other news the dub for Brazil, is going smoothly without problems and Toei Animation has maintained the original title of the series, in other words it will be Dragon Ball Kai and not Dragon Ball "Z" KAI.
Update 1: Lalo Garza keeps informing us over anything new to the dub, minutes ago he gave a nother new message in relation to this "DBKai will not have the original voices of Goku, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, Piccoro, and Krillin." It has been confirmed that Ricardo Silva will do the opening of the series.
Update 2: "The original voice of Master Roshi will not be in the new dub, the reason is that Jesús Colín lives in Acapulco." Eduardo keeps informing us of the situation, he also confirms that Laura Torres will not be in the new dub, she did the voice of Goku in Dragon Ball and the voice of Gohan in Dragonball Z. Just to be clear that Jesús Colín is alive and well and has not died as other sources have claimed."
