Sounds like he won't pay for something that has a quality dub and the fact that it's god damn right this time!

Aren't the fansubs for Kai all ridculously bad?
Kids today indeed... remember buying anime VHS tapes...? Those were the daaaaays... We have good quality, cheap DVDs now, but this generation of young anime fans get upset over the dumbest shit.
Call him out on his cheapness, and if he wants to hurt the industry, let him!
I remember some idiots saying they won't ever buy anime DVDs because they're all dub only and because fansubs apparently say something like "Don't rent or buy".
Aren't they specifically talking about their fansub of the show?

I heard the Kai Fansubs were just copied from FUNi subs of Z.

This person remeinds me of back when One Piece was being first released by Funimation, on discussion of it, weird foreigner made a big complaint over the logo being a little different and not having the Japanese text over the title. I mentioned many series being released without the main Japanese title on covers, but he/she just said, "I don't buy r1 dvds. Not always.
