And honestly, if AF is going to follow the rumours and fanfics, and following what the Elder Kaioshin said, I'm guessing that Xicor isn't going to be defeated by fighting, but with diplomacy instead; probably becoming a good guy afterwards and then we enter the Dark Goku Arc, or something like that.

I doubt there will be a "Dark Goku" arc because it will take at least a year to finish the Xicor ark or more. Also,there's not really any reason to continue the series after it.

I was worried they wouldn't fit in well with the Toyble uploads but they seem to quite well.

I will say this. It's not just a tournament. That's been implied many times with all the villains making their own little plots. Not to mention XXI/main villain. You can't say the plot didn't thicken when Zen Buu stopped Broly from being sent back to test Vegetto. Lol you can't say AF has more going on per chapter. It's one big "bad guy here, gotta get goku to stop him". DBZ isn't exactly known for plot but Multiverse has way more twists and happenings. There's so much mystery that you can't say it has no plot. It just hasn't started up yet. AF moves faster but ultimately its just another fanfiction about some big villain.

In your signature you say you are the biggest fan of Toybles DBAF manga, yet you don't like the other ideas about AF there has been flourishing on the internet, which Toyble probably will cover, since he has covered the other rumored arcs.
If Toyble does that, and if you don't like it, then you won't be the biggest fan of his manga because you don't like it like you used to, I think that's what Scarz meant.

Evil Goku arc is the only thing that comes to mind, in which Goku turns evil or an evil clone of Goku appears, something like that. Those are the only 2 main arcs I picked up from the original AF rumours.

Well, not if the story is about the personal pain of the heroes having to fight their family/friend. Less "OH MAH GAH, GOKUU IS A EVIL!!" and more "the trial of facing a loved one."

I just checked Google and stumbled upon "Dragon Ball Apokalypto" in some other thread. In that one, basically some elder god of evil takes Goku's body, and Evil Goku Arc starts from there, basically. I personally think it's not a bad idea. The Dragon Balls turned into villains eventually. There's only 2 things left to do, another arc with Red Ribbon somehow (which I would rather not have, but it's kind of a tradition) and Goku turning into a main villain, I think it's the only direction to go, if he decides to continue.
