I'd say Reacoom isn't a human-type Earthling, he just comes from a planet that has inhabitants that are similar to humans, like the Saiyans. It's probably not all that uncommon in the Dragon World. Jheese would look like a human from Earth if it wasn't for his red skin, and some of Freeza's soldiers looked similar to Earthlings as well. Hmm, I think this opens up the theory that Vegeta may not have been a virgin before he met Bulma after all...

I don't have like exact measurements, but he is the tallest of the Ginyu Force standing much taller than Burter and Ginyu. I would count Goku as an average human's height and he was round about the height of Ginyu, so if Recoome is heads taller than all of them, that's far too tall.

The one thing that got dull after awhile was EVERYONE usually had to arms and two legs. Out of the entire universe thats always how they looked. I wish ONCE a villian had 4 arms, that would make for SUCH a better battle strategy and moves. Just imagine a villian pops up in front of you, grabs you by the shoulders and lifts you into the aim awhile another set of hands are charngin a ki blast point blank in your face. Now THAT'S an ultimate. [Think Machamp in DBZ world]
