A kiri level of 1 = a BP of 100.000
Yakon: Kiri = 800, BP = 80.000.000.
SSJ Goku: Kiri = 3000, BP = 300.000.000. - Goku only wanted to show he could produce light, so his full powered SSJ is obviously way above that.

Going on that, did anyone notice that Goten and Trunks looked quite relaxed in their Super Saiyans (they had the eyes and all), as if they were FPSSj too? Obviously, they haven't had the training Goku, Gohan and Vegeta underwent to master SSj, but considering they achieved SSj just like that, could it be the case that they automatically were FPSSjs as well? Or is it me just throwing out wild speculative theories and their "FPSSj eyes" was just to show their innocence?

Since they somehow "inherited" Super Saiyan to begin with, it stands to comparative reason that it'd automatically come more naturally for them than otherwise.
