I hear SM has character that can fight and move at FTL speed. From what I have known, SM is a stronger series then Dragon Ball.

They'd still get absorbed or turned into chocolate. Or turned into a carrot.

Oh whatever  I really don't know where Mewtwo ranks in the Dragonball universe, so I just put him against someone I thought might be a good match.

Anyways, I came up with some more. How about...

Superman (Justice League Unlimited) vs. Recoome
Hitmonlee vs. Mr. Satan
Wolverine vs. Chiaotzu
Powerpuff Girls vs. Raditz
Robin & Starfire vs. Spopovich & Yamu

Superman (Justice League Unlimited) vs. Recoome
DCAU Superman would get crush by any Ginyu force member. DCAU Superman is around 23rd TB level at the best.
Hitmonlee vs. Mr. Satan
I'm prettu sire Hitmonlee would win seeing how Hitmonlee's legs can stretch even longer to strike a fleeing foe, and I don't see Mr. Satan winning.
Wolverine vs. Chiaotzu

Chaozu should win seeing that characters like Nightclawers, and Spider-Man where strong enough to knock him out by snaping him behind the neck. And that Chazou after getting wish back should able to take out Piccolo Diamo, who would be around Mid or High Meta Marvel wise.
Powerpuff Girls vs. Raditz
PPG might win due to speed. PPG powers can so inconsistency a lot since they can take moon busting but get hurt by rocks, and building buster attacks.
Robin & Starfire vs. Spopovich & Yamu
The cartoon versions of Robin & Starfire? I don't see them winning seeing that Spopovich got his head knock across round, and was just fine. I don't remember any of them being that strong.

I would like some sword fighting by using a zanpuk-to.

Trunks (Power Level: 5) Vs Ichigo Kurosaki (Bankai release).

To be honest I actually took your comment the wrong way, I thought you meant, that Mewtwo is so powerful, that not even Freeza or Cell would stand a chance, thereby making him battle King Piccolo a being some thousand times even million times weaker would just be overkill, but it seems you meant the opposite, that Mewtwo and King Piccolo would be close to equals.
So all in all ignore my previous comment! It was rushed

Hitmonlee vs. Mr. Satan seems pretty interesting. I see Mr. Satan winning in the long run, because of his amazing ability to tank attacks from Trunks and Perfect Cell.

^You know Mr. Satan tanking of those attacks are gag feets. He has something that most comic book fans would call "Jobber Aura" which is a ability created by the Plot that aloows some characters do a crazy feat due to the plot (For example Batman kicking The Specter in the face).

Even with his "World of Cardboard" speech? With an attitude like that, Recoome doesn't stand a chance.

I'm surprised no one's suggested this one, since it used to be pretty popular to try to figure out ways to kill this guy.

Dragon World vs Accelerator (from To Aru Majutsu no Index). Let's say from his first appearance.

When does this happen? I spent years waiting for anything close to resembling a decent-ish fight to occur. Rarely saw any fisticuffs if Mars or Jupiter weren't involved, and that was fairly rare. Most fights seemed kinda like small-scale beam spams to wipe out the baddies a la the the end of an episode of a Super Sentai series. Occasionally Tuxedo Mask would throw a rose. I remember the big showdown with Rubeus, and how that didn't really impress me. When does the series kick into FTL combat and being stronger than Dragon Ball on the whole?
To show my appreciation, I'll only beat them half to death.

Yes. His "feats" when unrestrained in JLU are still 23rd Budokai level, at best.

Are we talking light novel, manga or anime Accelerator?

I didn't know there was a significant difference around his introduction. I was thinking of anime, but feel free to point out if the others would get different results.

When Trunks struck Freezer's henchmen his power level was certainly at lot higher than 5.
5 is abysmally weak. In a fair fight between the two Trunks would still come out as the victor:
A. He has far quicker reflexes
B. Is faster than Ichigo in every other concieviable way.

They are two very different attacks. Reigan has a more stable power level whereas the Genki Dama can be incredibly weak/strong. So which is the best attack? In the end the Genki Dama if fully powered can easily devestate a Reigan.

You can't compare lifting ability/feats of strength with the ankle/wrist weights that Goku was using.

I believe Kaio's planet actually has 10x gravity so the weights would actually be 400 tons.

Feats of strength like pushing, lifting, are utilized via mechanical leverage. The weights are around Goku's wrists and ankles.

Superman's has great feats of strength but he's not punching opponents out to orbit. I believe they've actually explained that his feats of strength are a form of telekinesis. So those strength feats on inanimate objects don't tell you how well he will fight in a fist-fight against high level opponents.
