Wait, what? When did Pan try dressing Goku up as a girl? And why?
Oolong was trying to kidnap a girl, so they dressed Goku up as one to find out Oolong's hideout. This failed because Goku took a piss and Oolong saw, causing a major freakout and a fight.
But where does Pan come into this equation?

Goku's saying he already tried it and it didn't work. Pan doesn't really matter, the joke is that he's dressed up like a girl before and it didn't work.

No, I mean this:
Turtle Marked Stone wrote:Goku saying "I already tried this and it didn't work!" to Pan when she tried dressing him up as a girl
I'm asking, when did Goku say "I already tried this and it didn't work!" to Pan when she tried dressing him up as a girl? Not Bulma, Pan. When was Goku ever dressed up like a girl in GT?

That would be episode 7, Trunks the Bride, about 14 minutes into the episode; Pan tries to dress Goku as a girl before they ultimately decide to use Trunks instead. The scenario's basically a throwback to Oolong, there's some monster that's kidnapping young girls from the town.

OK, I'll have to watch it then.

Grand Kai: Pikkon, I'm gonna need for you to go straight to hell for me.
Goku: That's not very nice.
(In the original, Grand Kai just pronounced Hell really weird and Goku asked why)

The whole inside Buu filler, for these lines:

Vegeta: Son of a Namek!

Vegeta: Great Galxies! If I know my anatomy, that means we're headed straight for...the southern exit!

Vegeta: We're not about to become part of that monster's excretions, Kakarot. I'm the prince of all Saiyans -I go out from the front.

Vegeta: Oh, crap!
Goku: We're about to become that, aren't we?

Goku (trying to get Buu's steam holes to open up): OPEN SESAME!!!
Vegeta: ...genius

Goku: Look, Vegeta, people popcorn!
Vegeta: What is he on?!

And then te line in my sig (originally, he just said, "Bulma, yell that spell well!" and everyone got mad at him solely for telling a joke)
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I like the "fish jumps" joke at the end of Movie 7.

October? Yeah, in October I was still hidden away in the Montana backcountry. So I totally missed that. ^_^

Okay, that explains it.
EDIT: Since OP brought DBZ Kai into the picture, I will contribute with this DBZ Kai clip, cause I thought it was rather funny.
Nappa's voice is not how I expected it to be honest, but the whole scene was very good IMO.

I never even saw that thread. I got movie 7 as I was switching to the the original version, so it's one of the last ones I saw in English. I remember chuckling a good bit at it. It's the only moment in all of DBZ I could actually say was "better".

Also every moment, that uses The Dragon Theme like when Vegeta powers up his Final Flash(do note, that this entire sequence from the beginning to the end is my favourite version of that scene in general, in my opinion not even the Original gets close to its level of awesomeness, but that's just me) or when Gohan and Cell are having their "little" beam struggle.
These entire sequences was IMO a case of, FUNi doing it better, than the OG version.

I'm probably going to say the part in the Majin Vegeta fight where he pins Goku to the rocks and there's that flashback from the destruction of Arlia to the Cell Games. In the original Japanese version, the flashback is silent with only sound effects, but in the dub, there's an inserted narration by Vegeta.

I usually hate FUNi's inserted dialogue, but this is one instance where the added narration worked and was actually well written. It sounds even better with the badass music in the Japanese version. :)

-SSJ3 Goku's Transformation
-The music (Love me some Falconer)
-Goku's Voice!!!
-Gotenks first transformation was pretty bad ass too

I happen to just prefer the FUNimation version simply because it just works for me.
I respect the Japanese version, as well as the translation but I guess I'm just a sucker for the Americanized version of DBZ.

The only thing I've been able to watch is the first 53 Ocean Dub episodes which was still more bearable to me, the first three movies and Kai.
Really so you can put up with a bad script and replaced bgm by ocean while funi already had their z season sets to the original music.

FUNimation did the right thing by adding in an option for the dub + japanese score but it still didn't cover up the mistakes from bad script and poorly imitated cast (worst case Season 3). The reason the Ocean Dub is still my favourite out of those two is because of the amazing voice work so I could still put up with the script and even if it didn't have the japanese score, Shuki Levy's was still brilliant to me (still no way near as good as Kikuchi's).

So apparently the guy who writes the DBZ Kai scripts likes DBZ abridged because this scene... is just... incredible.

Yeah... here's a moment I like better in the dub:

Episode 47 of Dragonball Kai -- Freeza starts floating up and making his Death Ball just before noticing the Genki Dama. The crazy laugh (from being pushed way too far) in the English version is something I really like. I probably like it even more than the Japanese version.

FUNimation's English Dub is superlative in every category.
