I can translate the Japanese version of Toriyama's message at least:
Hey all you Korean DragonBall fans, it’s been a long time. It’s me, Akira Toriyama.
This new DragonBall story that we're delivering to you this time begins in a world 250 years after the manga.
There, Earthlings, Saiyans, Namekians, Majins, and others all live together, but it seems that something is wrong.
What occurred in those 250 years, and what’s happening now? Please enjoy this new DragonBall world as you resolve this.
Everyone on the excellent staff really drew a lot of new characters and machines for me. Of course, I supervise them all. There are also a lot of designs in there that I drew myself.
When I actually got to see the pictures in motion, I was truly impressed by their high quality!
It’ll make me happy if you fully enjoy this new world of adventure, this time online!

Maybe it's just me, but I remember Daizenshuu EX being quite peaceful until maybe two years ago. Then, people started going apeshit over such hot topics as Orange Bricks, Dragonball Evolution, DBKai, etc. And of course, everybody always has to bring up dub vs. sub, canon vs. non-canon... Those topics are all cool, if only everybody would stop taking everything personally!

Some of the naver blogs require you have an account to view them (which requires a Korean Social Security Number). If you go
here and then click on the image in the center you can get around that.
It's just some stills from the first cinematic released for the game which isn't anything new (especially now since most of the information that's there is also in the new timelines).

I have a question regarding Dragonball Online, Appearently Pilaf is in it
And I want to know how that is possible,Maybe its not even him (the symbol on his clothes is different ) Maybe its his descendant or something,
but I read somewhere in an old thread that its in fact his reincarnation.So what is true?I'm puzzled please help me

From what i remember reading he is regarded as "Time Traveler Pilaf" within the game and as such, has taken up traveling through time in an attempt to help him better accomplish his goal of world domination. Though I haven't had any official confirmation, as I don't play they game and don't bother to do research on it outside the tidbits posted here. I'll wait till the Japanese version is released and the info is much more widespread.

That was only speculation based on an image and probably isn't true. We don't know anything about how Pilaf's race ages so there's nothing that says he should be dead due to aging. Shu is also alive, but is in some kind of suit that may be keeping him that way.
