How strong is Kid Trunks and Goten?

The most we can potentially get out of that fight is that, as Super Saiyans, they are a potential threat to her. Not necessarily stronger or weaker, but strong enough to get her attention.

Well, 99.99999% of the mortal universe have no idea that Freeza was anything more than the small spikey dude in the hoverchair with a Battle Power of 530,000. Only his most direct and trusted underlings knew he could transform and get any stronger than that (since he practically never needed to). So I'd be careful in how one interprets any such claims of being "stronger than Freeza."

A suppressed ki blast from Trunks forced #18's hand into using a potentially lethal technique to end the match, and she did specifically cite the blast's speed and power. They're stronger than her, as Super Saiyans.

I don't know exactly how strong Goten and Kid Trunks are in their base forms but as SSJ's the are definitely stronger than C18. SSJ Goten and SSJ Kid Trunks outclass C18 by a good amount actually.

It's hard to say because they only fought against themselves and collectively against C18. My guess is they are about as strong as Goku/Vegeta/Trunks at the start of the android saga. This would put their strength just bellow C18 who could easily handle Vegeta but could perhaps be beaten if attacked by two SS at once (as hinted upon by C17 before she fought Vegeta).

I'm not trying to say, they are comparable to Vegeta/Gohan, but I'm showing they are ridiculously strong and talented, just as their sparring with the veterans show us.

That goes without saying, and still doesn't prove anything other than "Trunks was underestimated."

How strong you are dictates how much gravity you can handle, not what you previously experienced.

Nah, I wouldn't say that Goten and Trunks are anywhere near #18 in their base forms. When they fought, #18 was still under the impression that she was fighting an Earthling with abnormal strength, and had the upper hand against them.

However, I do think that, like Kaboom said, as Super Saiyans, you can't necessarily say they're stronger or weaker than #18 for sure. To be safe, I'd say they're around #18's level. Even with #18 shitting herself from a suppressed ki blast from Trunks, you could easily argue that she was surprised by their power and speed, just like Gohan, Vegeta and Piccolo were (and they were obviously stronger than the kids), and knew that they'd be a potential threat, so she'd rather end the match swiftly by exposing them than take the risk of losing against them.

Fuck no, it doesn't. Yamcha was much stronger than Goku's 416 at the beginning of the series, yet he still had trouble with x10 gravity, just like Goku did when he first arrived at Kaio's planet. You need to be trained in the body to handle gravity, rather than it just being a matter of strength. Vegeta was the only one in the series who had trained at over x100 gravity, so it's no wonder Trunks crumbled under x150.
