What do you mean by "usually"? If you're talking about back when they started dubbing DBZ, then that's fine and dandy. But nowadays, they have a pretty big talent pool.
I originally wrote that sentence without the word "usually" in but I edited it to include said word because the former made it sound like Funimation never has actors who can really act well for their characters. Chris Ayres (Freeza) and Monica Rial (Bulma) are evidence that Funimation is capable of finding decent actors/actresses who can do a good job with their characters.
I said something positive about Funimation. Surprised?

Yes it does. I said that more people have seen FUNimation's dub (of the whole series). Common sense dictates that statement is indeed true.
Not really. You just left out some countries where the Ocean dub aired, such as Ireland and Finland.
But, the Ocean dub of episodes 1-53 aired in every country that received the later Ocean and Funi dubs. Plus it's easily available on VHS/DVD and the internet. So if you want to base popularity on the number of people who've seen the dub, then Ocean's Saiyan-Namek sagas dub is the most popular.

The Ocean dub (Saiyan-Namek) is also airing in Australia.

Considering how good the recasts (especially Ayres and Rial) are in Funimation's Kai dub, I'm willing to believe they have voice actors in their pool who can do a good job. But what's the point of them if Funimation doesn't utilise more of them for their DB Kai dub?
