2. Vegeta's death on Namek/Goku's resolution. I think the aspect that really brings that home is Goku saying he hates Vegeta, but asking for his Saiyan pride as well. Bonus points for the use of the "dun-dun-dun" track in the anime.
3. Goku sparring with Kuririn at the end of GT. Kuririn's comment that neither Goku nor Kame-Sennin have changed at all, while he's grown so old, makes this one of the most emotionally charged moments in the series. It really addresses the passage of time that's one of Dragon Ball's strongest points. The more things change, and all that. I really love this one because it's so much more honest than all of the other melodramatic "sad" moments It's about as down-to-Earth as the series ever gets.
I agree with all of these. Especially the first and last choices. They always get me no matter how many times I see it.
