The title says it all. Has Vegeta ever used the name Goku instead of Kakarot?

Yeah he said it in the Saiya-jin Arc at least two times before he knew that Son Goku was Kakarotto.

I'm pretty sure he used it one other time too, later on when speaking of him to an enemy. But I'm not 100% on that.

Yes... I feel the same, too. I guess during the Buu arc, but I don't remember which chapter exactly...

I'm almost sure he used the name when fighting against Super #17, if you count GT.
Sorry, I can't speak English very well, but I'm trying my best.

In the manga he uses it in chapter 388 when saying that he just needs to train in the Room of Spirit and Time again to beat Cell, and that they don't need "Goku's" help. I think that's it in the manga, outside of the "who is this 'Goku' you speak of?" stuff in the Saiyan arc.

Doesn't he also say something along the lines of "The only Saiyans left are Kakarrot, the one you call "Goku", Kakarrot's brat and me!" when he's opposing to Trunks' claim of being a Super Saiyan against Freeza?

Yeah, though I'd consider that more an example of him acknowledging the name "Goku" as opposed to actually using it to refer to him.

Ah, OK.

While it may not count but in the german version during the Namek Saga (arguably the Saga where the translation was off the most) He called him Son Goku ,but only while thinking or talking to himself, whenever he talked to otehrs he said Karkarott
