One Dragon Ball fan that I know thought Goku was a bigger icon then James Bond, Godzilla, Batman, and Superman worldwide. And that Dragon Ball is more popular then Spider-Man, X-Men, Spawn, and Transformers.

While Dragon Ball does have a lot of fans and is pretty popular with non fans, the series is nowehre on the same popularity level as Spider-Man or Transformers.

I have no idea what Spawn even is, nor do I know anyone that likes it, as far as I'm aware. Hell, this might've been the first I've heard of it.
