Why would he do that? He probably owns all of the comic and anime.

Actually, not at all. While Kei17 will have a greater grasp on this than I will, but in Japan the network affiliates usually ignore a show once it has moved out of production and pull it off the schedule entirely. It's at that point the show is usually run on syndication on the children's channels, or simply forgotten. The only times networks devote space for repeated programming is if the show is on hiatus (see Gintama, or Sgt. Frog). Though, this run will be on Fuji's secondary channel so the comparison isn't exact.

I hope they complete Dragon Ball Kai... the re-run could mean in any way the series will continue later?
And another question, what is exactly Fuji TV Two? Can it be watched on KeyHole TV?

It's doubtful at this point, but not unheard of. In Japan, most series typically don't get re-runs until they're over... completely over. However that's not always the case, as One Piece is currently having re-runs on Fuji TV Two as well, although that series is so damn long at this point. But they're also still re-airing DragonBall Z movies, so I'm not sure what to take from that (DBZ movie 12 is re-airing this weekend).

Fuji TV Two is a satellite channel that primarily re-airs old shows that were originally broadcast on Fuji TV. I suppose you could watch it on KeyHole, but only if someone in Japan is broadcasting it on KeyHole, and I'd be very surprised if anyone was broadcasting it online.

Hopefully they are making the Buu saga with new animation from scratch like the OP ED and inserted scenes, then they tag it onto the re-run.
Only problem that creates, people will want the start up to the end of cell done in new animation then, but that's what I'm hoping for :)
Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force

If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure :)

If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me :)

I have another question. What time will the re-run air on Fuji TV Two?

Guys, Kai is done, simple as that.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

The first episode is now being broadcast and people are saying that the score is totally replaced. I cannot watch the satellite channels though.
