Hm... Where did you get this picture? Its file name implies that it was a VLC snapshot, but it's very pixelated and blurry. From what I can tell, it's from a very short shot of Vegetto, maybe under a second, and so the artists decided to do the stick figure look on him to save time.

Yeah, it's a VLC snapshot, but I resized it significantly because I thought it better portrayed how messed up the arm looked when it was big. It was crystal clear at the original size.

Also, that was a 3-4 second shot, so it wasn't THAT short.

Anyone remember Super 17's face after absorbing the 10X Kamehameha? Also I think there is a derp face Kid Goku to be seen in GT when Baby Vegeta is beating him with waves made from moving his hands back and forth.

I don't remember much wrong with Super 17's face at that stage, other than what they were going for. I thought that part was pretty cool, even though the retardation of Goku was irking me a great deal by that point.
