I just got the third and fourth Blu-ray boxes of Dragon Ball Kai's Cell arc (Dragon Ball Kai Jinzou Ningen Cell Hen Box 3, and Dragon Ball Kai Jinzou Ningen Cell Hen Box 4). I was wondering where I could get the first two boxes. I've seen them on Amazon Japan's website, but I don't have a way of paying for them... So I was wanting to know if anyone knows how to get an Amazon Japan gift card/certificate? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it!

Amazon Japan won't ship outside Japan, so you need to use a proxy (I guess that's what they're called) to pay and have shipped to their warehouse in Japan, where they can ship it to you.
Maybe someone else can recommend a service?

Uh, Amazon Japan definitely does ship outside of Japan. I buy things from them fairly often. There are some exceptions that don't ship outside of Japan (like video games), and third party sellers typically don't ship outside of Japan either. But Blu-rays shouldn't be an issue, unless they're only available from a third party seller.

In which case, if you do want to use a proxy service, I've had good experiences with Celga in the past. Celga accepts Paypal and money orders, which may or may not help your payment problem.

As for gift cards, I'm pretty sure you can buy them from the website, but that would probably require a credit card, the same as just ordering normally would.

Every DVD volume and Blu-ray box released prior to the music scandal is currently labeled as "out of print" on CDJapan, so I'd say no.
