I'm not sure whether this topic should go in here or the Questions forum, but anyway...
Is there any possible way to 'extract' the 3D models of the characters in the Budokai games? I would like to (maybe) convert them into a suitable file format for my 3D program. Thanks in advance!

Honestly, don't even bother trying. Ripping models from console games is damn near impossible unless you have pretty intimate coding knowledge of the game you want to dig through. Nowhere near as easy as getting stuff out of a PC game. And in case you're wondering, yes, I've been trying to attempt this same feat myself since Budokai 2. :P I'd kill to put them in ESF.
Unless someone else here has actually been able to do this.. in which case, I'd like to be in on it. Otherwise, I don't suggest wasting your energy.

Hmm..you might want to try Rhino V3.0 with the Flamingo renderer. I think its possible to emulate the Cell Shading and polygon construction used in Budokai in this way. You could try and save it into a STEP file, which is readable through a lot of 3-D programs. By the way, what program are you using?
Problem is, just trying to get the info off the DVD in the first place!
