During Episode of Bardock, when he has become a Super Saiya-jin, the left strap of his armor, which should be missing, appears when:
1) We see Bardock's reflection in Chill's eyes and
2) When Bardock is swinging Chill around.

I think it's just darker cause of shading.
Look at the right side of his face, same color as his left hand.
not discrediting you but let's hear what everyone else says before I start deleting stuff.
I also think that. His left hand is in a darker area than his right hand, but instead of coloring both hands with a bit of shadow each, they went for the simple.

Well, this is going to be a long list of errors. I covered the whole Cell Game until Gohan's transformation.

-Goku's boot laces are red, instead of light brown.
-Vegeta's boot tips are white.
-Gohan's eyes are not close lined.
-Goku's boot laces red again.
-Piccolo in the background, is hard to appreciate, but his left hand fingers over his right arm are white. He also has some weird white stuff in his pants xD
-Goku's neck lines are crossing his pectoral. Also, there is a piece missing in his left shoulder red gi, ending in a weird angle, instead of like his blue undershirt.
Image
-Tenshinhan red belt is missing. Also Vegeta's and Trunks' armor are weird. Basically, very poorly drawn background characters, although we see a close-up shot of them.
-Vegeta and Trunks don't have the blue undershirt in their neck.
-Gohan's shirt colored like his body.
-Trunks' transparent undershirt, instead of blue.
Image
-The reporter's shirt is colored like his skin.
-Krilin's boots have vertical blue lines that shouldn't be there.
-Krilin's blue undershirt missing.
Image
-When Cell talks, the grey shadow under his lip goes over the yellow part of his chin.
Image
-Piccolo's arm colors are messed up.
-#16's right arm green armor is colored black.
-Trunks' blue undershirt missing in his neck again.
-Piccolo's abdomen is not pink.
Image
-Trunks' SSJ eyes have black pupils.
-Goku's belt is not the right one.
Image
-This is not animation error, but concept error. These are images from a TV the King of the World is watching. That cameraman is freaking awesome. Not only he can catch all the action, but changes to different camera angles and positions in a second. He must know how to Shunkan Idou. So logically the animators didn't think this through, and they show what "we" see, instead of what people watching tv in the Dragon World would see.
Image
-I'm not sure if this should be considered as an error, but to me it was quite annoying. After the epic and awesome transformation of Gohan into SSJ2 in the previous episode, they start the next one with Gohan building up power slowly and transforming again, until he finishes. With that and the previous episode recap, it's a good way of wasting 6 freaking minutes of an episode.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

In GT's second eye catcher where they all cram onto the jeep.
Krillin's mustache disappears.

This isn't an error but a page or two ago we was talking about Toei removing dragonball videos I had to remove all of my Dragonball Z movie trailers :(
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Oooh man, that's too bad. I guess they have their right, but I really don't understand what is the harm of uploading movie trailers that, if anything, would let more people know about their movies and buy them.

Well, going back on topic, some more Cell Game mistakes:

-Goku's blue undershirt is orange.
-Krilin's boots have vertical blue lines.
-Cell's feet are black instead of orange.
-Ten's wristbands.
Image
-Goku's boot lace is red instead of brown.
-Cell's belly is green instead of orange.
-Ten has yellow shoes, instead of black shoes and yellow leg warmers. Trunks' and Vegeta's boots yellow tips are also missing, but it's not a detailed shot so it doesn't matter. But Tenshinhan's shoes are more noticeable.
-Mutenroshi's pants are orange instead of blue.
Image
-When Gohan is crying, he is back to normal Super Saiyan, but when he looks up to Krilin he has Super Saiyan 2 hair. And later back to normal Super Saiyan again.
-Krilin's belt.
-Vegeta's boot tip.
-Krilin's eyes.
-Krilin's blue undershirt.

How is krillin's eyes an error?

Kuririn's eyes aren't supposed to have the full outline.

Don't worry, there are plenty of errors in the manga as well xD

Episode 191:
-After Cell fires his Kamehameha we see a shot of Cell in a wrong position, as if he was preparing to fire, but he had fired already.
-Tenshinhan has green leg warmers and yellow shoes, instead of yellow leg warmers and black shoes.
-Tenshinhan's yellow leg warmer becomes green for a second.
Image
-Gyumao's wristband and hand colors are messed as Chichi shakes.
Image
-In the anime, after the Kamehameha kills Cell, Gohan is not in the right location, and not facing the righ way either. Compare with the manga where he should be.

For the last one, the anime is an adaptation of the manga, so they don't have to get all the details exactly the same.

No, that one is clearly an error.

Point 1: The crater is where Gohan stood during the Kamehameha duel. The straight crater part that connects to the circular crater, is caused by Gohan's Kamehameha itself.
So simply, Gohan should be turned in the same direction as the crater caused by his Kamehameha, since he shot it out of his arms, not his ass :p .

Point 2: In the anime, we see Gohan walking toward Cell as he is winning. He is walking straight forward, to the direction Cell stands, and his Kamehameha is shooting. And since we never see any of them switching positions during the battle (Cell even tanked everyone's attacks rather than turning around) Gohan should still be facing the same way as his beam was shot.

Ah, I understand now. I missed the "not facing the right way" part. My bad.

Piccolo's kneecaps change throughout the series. First they're pink until he dies. After that, they are green.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

Didn't Super Boo's eyes go from white to red all of a sudden too?

I read before, not sure where, but Toei did that in order to fix Boo's eye color.
