My theory is that a lot of casual fans, namely the ones who only watched DBZ, just know the one-dimensional angry "bitchy" Chi-Chi who only cares for the well-being of her son Gohan.

The 23rd tenkaichi budokai version of Chi-Chi is by far my favorite version of her; an extremely focused girl who dedicated herself to 3 years of martial arts in order to meet her future husband once again.

I can't lie, when I was much younger than I am now, I had it BAD for Pan. To be fair, I was under the impression she was 14 at the time, and I myself was younger than that at the time I think. It was some pic that I saw of her in the old Pojo's guide, an article all about GT, and with that pic and a description of her attitude, I was 'in love'.

But yeah, this is when I was a lot younger. I had it bad for Sasami from Tenchi, Yolei from Digimon, and Misty from Pokemon at that time too. As I got older, I grew out of those fandom crushes since it seemed a bit...odd...to me to like them like that anymore. That said though, I think it's a little out there to call someone an automatic pedo just for fictional girls they like.

Not suggesting you did, mind you - just saying that in general since the topic was raised.

Okay, long spiel aside, let's see here...to quote from a gallery of anime girls I made once -

1. Bulma - I was really unsure about putting her here, but I decided to just go for it. The good parts are obvious, she's cute, sexy, definitely willing to flaunt it - on the downside though, her personality has some major, MAJOR flaws. But, so does just about every girl in the DB world, so by comparison, she's not too bad.

2. Android 18 - This one was probably an easy one to see coming - when you think of Dragon Ball and hot, you think 18. And with good reason - she's got that seductive air that'd get to anyone, so it's little wonder Kuririn fell for her hard. She's got a kind side too and despite her aggression, is one of the easier to get along with women in DB if you ask me.

3. Videl - This one's probably obvious too. I mean, why not? She's pretty much the most developed female character in the series (which is almost sad since she's practically the last one introduced), she's got a little attitude but not enough to be horrible. She's cute, got a nice figure, and she's a tomboy. We've got another winner!
