DB Bloopers

I was just wondering if posting bloopers is allowed? Like.. if a character is wearing one thing one second, and then his outfit changes in the next scene and then back to normal, or how a super saiyan's eyes are green, and then they're black again and stuff like that.. 'Cause I know a few scenes that I think would be cool to share and have everyone post in their bloopers too but I don't wanna do any work without some kinda confirmation from the big cheese..

Vegeta's armor is always the easiest. When trying to figure out how to save Goku from being brought back on Namek when there's no longer a planet Namek, Vegeta is wearing the style of armor he had when he arrived. In the VERY NEXT panel, he's wearing the one he wore when he was killed.

When Freeza is powering up in his first form on Namek Vegeta is wearing the armor with the shoulder pads instead of the one without them. I believe in that scene or one very close to it, Krillin is wearing his Turtle Gi instead of the armor.

Are we talking Manga or Anime here? Toei fudged up a few times...Chaozu had normal skin hands while twirling noodles, and theres always some color mistakes here and there

There is one (in the anime) when Goku and Pikkon go to stop the uprising of villans in hell. Goku clearly goes Super Saiyan, buy the whole time his hair and eyes are still black.

I think that was done on purpose, as he didn't need to go full power when charging up. He could of been powering up to Giji Super Saiyan.

I find actual mistakes like that interesting for some reason, when i read this topic title i thought it was gonna be one of those annoying "Let's make up bloopers" topic's where people make up unfunny crap like "Vegeta tryed to charge up to Super Saiyan but strained to hard and pooed himself lol!!1" and stuff. =P

Can anyone provide images of the above mentioned mistakes?

There is one scene where Base Form Vegito's clothes colors are reversed to be like Goku's, you can only see this a little bit on his shoulder though cause it's a closeup on his face. He's rubbing his shoulders saying "The body's kinda new, can you throw another one Buu?".

(This one's pretty obvious)
In the 2nd DBZ intro, we see Goten riding on Kinto-un with Gohan. Goten is wearing the clothes he first wore in the series, but a second later we see him in his orange gi!

Oh, here's my person favoirte, one time during the Cell Games, it was either when Cell was going to Full Power or when he was gonna blow himself up, we see Base Trunks with Black Hair.

A lot of those mistakes I noticed were before certain things like the existance of Nameks I noticed. Same with the saiyans' hair.
