Yep.

Gotta admit, the graphics, music and gameplay looked-sounded pretty awesome.

The international version of Ultimate Blast has no Kikuchi.

Yes, it's the final battle of the custom character's Hero Mode...and they weren't too creative with their character...not that you really can be. xD

Not that I think anybody will still pay this much for the game, but right now Ultimate Tenkaichi is $39.99 at Amazon.com. It's the only time I've seen this game decrease in price significantly on Amazon since its release.

TheHut and Zavvi have decreased their prices to around £14 +/- (€19 +/-) possibly it'll reach £9.95 so no hurry, I'll get it when it's at £9.95.

The gameplay looks strategic but it's still a game and DBZ games usually don't deserve to be bought at high prices because they're not that good, this one seems to be different, tho.

I do too. It's like the GT of Dragonball games. Sucks compared to the other games, but it's ok if you look at it as a stand alone game.

Very agreeable summariy of the game! I personally love the new Hero mode, longest a story has held my attention in these games since Tenkaichi 2! Saying that, the Androids are ridiculously hard to beat

However, the PAL copies are selling for £14.95 at Zavvi/TheHut.

People were expecting a Raging Blast 3 / Budokai Tenkaichi 4 out of Ultimate Blast and got disappointed, this game is more of strategic than an actual fighter, it's not a bad game, really.

Whoa, the Japanese DB reviewers at Amazon were pretty brute with their opinions about Dragon Ball Blast, it has +/- 2 out of 5 which isn't a good rating at all.

It just goes to show you that can have make your game as pretty as you want but if the gameplay sucks or isn't well liked, it isn't going to go far.

Tenkaichi 2 and 3 were simply better games. Sure, Spike's DBZ games aren't known for depth but at least with the BT series, characters had a mild variety of combos and some even differentiated depending on the weight/size class. Broly and #13 had unique combos that were different from Goku and Vegeta's unique combos who's were different from Kid Boo and Goten's unique combos.

In Ultimate Blast EVERYONE had what 5 combos tops all being exactly the same.

One thing I will give UB is that the new supers were cool.

Yeah, it's still subjective despite all negativity for a small percent of gamers and fans it's a great game.

It's like Dragon Ball GT for most or some it was rubbish, but for others, they/I adored or so.

I played a couple months back BT3 and all special attacks or however you call them felt the same for pretty much all characters, and the music sucked.
