Only if they have a decent moveset. Or if they take a few elements and give every character customs which includes different moves.

More like rekindle Dragon Ball fans' interest in Smash Bros. For those that haven't been playing them, anyway. A lot of Dragon Ball fans have played D.O.N. and Jump Ultimate Stars, though, so it would make sense IF they did that.

Kid Gokuu would be 100% perfect for Smash Brothers, so by giving him a decent move set, then maybe it will give more of an interest back into DB.

There's a bigger chance of me directing a sequel to Dragon Ball Evolution than there is of any Dragon Ball material being in a Smash Bros. game.

All smash bros characters must started out in video game first. Goku and the other DB characters started out in a manga before they where in video games.

Before anyone said anything, Bandai owning Dragon Ball does not mean DBZ fighters will be in the next game. I'm pretty sure the rules always been that characters need to be video game characters only.

They should just make something like Jump Ultimate Stars more like Smash Bros on the home consoles. It was already kinda like Smash Bros but with manga panel stages.

I'd like to see little Goku with his power pole, but Z characters can fly and can blow up planets so I don't see that working. His final smash could be turning into an oozaru.

I remember when Brawl was coming out and someone posted a official rule list from Masahiro Sakurai mentioning that the 3rd party character need to started out from a video game and had a game that appear on a Nintendo console.

Have you played DBZ Burst Limit? If so, you'd remember that each ultimate attack (like Genki Dama or others) took the fighters to another ground (if the X fighter was hit by it), so in SMB we could have another arena within the same match.

Frieza 100%, Perfect Cell, Kid Boo and Adult Goku would be the characters I'd like to see in this game.

I love the Smash series and the idea of discussing it with members of this forum sounds great but this isn't even a possibility.

Gaming wise I don't even think Dragon Ball is respected enough to get a piece of the smash bros action even though it would be cool as hell. Just imagine the Spirit Bomb as Goku's final smash, it wouldn't work all that well on a large stage like the Hyrule temple but it would be godlike on a stage like Final Destination.

The reason you'll never see Goku in this game is because Namco Bandai does not own Dragon Ball. They are a licensee. That would mean Namco Bandai, and Nintendo would have to pay Shueshia to even be allowed to put Goku in this game. I can't see them doing that given Smash is going to sell millions with or without him.

Please, there has been more great Dragon Ball games in the last decade than great Sonic games.
