The only place, I think, you'll find them is on eBay. They usually go around for $20 each.

Amazon often has them being sold by members for around $100-$400 US in excellent quality.

$20 for such a rare collectible, RC? Was that a typo?

I don't think that was a typo from RC135. I recently purchased three Daizenshuu from Ebay for $20 each. It seems you can still find them for relatively cheap prices if you look hard enough.

All mint condition in Japanese (and I'm assuming excluding Landmark, Forever and the 2 or 3 Cardass)?

If Daizenshuu is the original graphic novels then I got a few of mine from kinokunya bookstore in singapore for $10 each.

There are a couple places that I've usually always been able to find them.
  • JPQueen.com is a good source. They usually always have some of the Daizenshuu, but sometimes not. When I checked this morning they had all of them. 8) They also carry a lot of the Tankoubon from time to time, along with some of the other guidebooks.

Celga.com is another good resource that I've found very helpful. They will bid on items on Yahoo Japan for you, such as DragonBall related materials . If you follow the link above, it will take you to Celga's DragonBall search page where they list popular searches. Click one of the search links and once there, replace the search query (upper left hand corner) with the following: ドラゴンボール 大全集 (kanji for Daizenshuu). Once you find what you want, you can then contact Celga and let them know what you want to bid on, and for how much.
I have bought from both and have had no problems, so you should be fine. Just remember that both of these places are located in Japan, so you'll be paying more for shipping. Don't forget the exchange rates (http://www.xe.com). If you have any questions, let me know. Other than that, happy shopping. :D
