I remember people wanting to just SEE what Super Saiyan Bardock would look like in any official stuff back in the 90's. And in every "AF" Budokai 3 mod, there was always a Super Saiyan Bardock.
dbboxkaifan wrote:And please, give the game a try before judging it from screens and videos, it's usually a bad way of reviewing a product.
Personally, I've only been judging it from how poorly it senses the movement from NB staff assigned (and I assume, trained) to show how good it's supposed to be.....And then it takes a Kamehame-Ha pose as a Ki charge

I don't question how fun it might be, but I doubt it's worth getting the Kinect for (much less the Xbox360 in my case) even with Episode of Bardock in it.

If this is seriously giving me a dubbed Episode of Bardock, I will be both happy and pissed at the same time...Not going to buy a 360 and Kinect, even for newly dubbed Dragon Ball material...Though, it would raise my hopes for eventually getting Episode of Bardock, Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans, and Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return getting all released in one package, with dubs. That would make my day.

But for a DBZ game? I'd rather have something in my hands with rumble, at least. I'll strap Wiimotes to my arms and legs, lol.

So, no, I didn't play this game, yet.
No one wanted to play Ultimate Trash with buttons. No one's going to want to play it with broken motion controls on rails.

Heh, this game could turn out to be a Limited Edition-type regardless of how detested it is by the fans. :P

I don't understand how people can actually hate a game that they haven't even try.

More liek Ultimate Ass, amirite?

But seriously, I actually like Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi and it was a game you'll either love or hate, not a game where everyone agrees it sucks. However I'm not touching the Kinect game with a 20-foot long pole.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

If the only defense you have for this game is "Well, you haven't played it yet!" than you should re-think your strategy. People are supposed to make their judgments based off of the trailers, and screenshots a company releases prior to the game shipping. The screenshots, and trailers for this game make it look like Ultimate Tenkaichi on rails, with a broken Dance Central style move mechanic.

Ultimate Blast didn't seem good, and most people said so too. Then I tried it, and I can say that I really like it. Not the best game, but good.

Motion requested for it to be refered to as "Ultimate BlASSt" or "Ultimate Tenkaishit" :P

I payed 80 damned euros for the Collector's Edition. Played it all the way through in hopes of fun. Had none of it. Interest in a version of it that with even worse controls? Z, for Zero.

I respectfully disagree with you on that one. You say people make judgments on the trailers right? Well when the trailer for Super DBZ came out, I thought it was gonna be a crappy game. As it turns out, it was the best DBZ game I EVER played. So a trailer really doesn't do it enough justice.......in my book anyway.

It's like judging a video from a screenshot, it's close to the real source but not the authentic product.

Aren't you the one who's been doing exactly that for the Indiegogo DBZ fan trailer?

For the English release there will be the usual English subtitles for the Japanese audio.

PtEtSS was English subbed so makes sense this will too.

Note: If it were dubbed in French, Italian, Spanish or English then the French guy would probably have said so, he didn't.

You're kidding me, so if I buy ''my'' European version, it won't be in internationally known language?
The only game I will buy so far next to Raging Blast 2 and looks like I won't because I can't understand neither french, italian or spanish......
Oh god, Bandai is more retarded than I thought if this turns out, but that's bullshit. Every European game have english as standard and half of them have the option for more European languages.
If you don't count Germany........ Looks like it's time to ask Tony 8)
FighterZ, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Kombat: Funky_Strudel
PS5: Dynamixx88

Interview is up, I'm surprised the game had enough new material to talk about for that long, although I haven't actually watched. :P Not sure if I wanna sit here for 30 minutes learning about a game that I can't buy, even if I wanted to.

I'll gladly give you the abridged version, since there's not much to it.

"What's so good about this game?"
"We made it so you can do your favorite Dragon Ball moves without a controller, using your whole body as the controller"

"This uses Ultimate Tenkaichi as base, huh?"
"We made them at the same time, actually." (Personally, I don't buy it)

"Uhm...the gameplay really changed a lot from RB to UT...lots of characters missing? Are they coming back?"
"Nope. But we have Super Saiyan Bardock for the first time, we even have the anime of it!"

"Oh, right! So is Chilled in the game too?"
"No."

"What about Hero Mode?
"Nope. Score Attack instead."
"PS Move version?"
"If this prints money like a mofo and people want it."

"Hardcore fans felt betrayed with UT...and now there's this."
"We made this for everyone. Hopefully all the fans will enjoy it."

"About the Sparking Omega rumor..."
"Oh, yeah! I was surprised!...If there's enough demand, well do a Sparking game." (*cough*yeah, right*cough)

By this point, I believe Treevax (or Nostal) had played it and confirmed it was indeed craptastic. (Of course, he didn't say that in the interview...as funny as that would've been)
