I'll be shocked if they do anything for the franchise's 30th anniversary. They'd be more likely to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Z anime, if anything (which is the same year).
This is what happened in 2009 with Kai, after all. No 25th anniversary spectacles for the franchise as a whole; just the 20th anniversary of DBZ.
