Also, these are kind of a dumb questions, but what Gi's/uniforms does Gokuu and Vegeta wear in their final battle? And does Goten look like his EOZ or GT appearance?

I just want to apologize for dismissing this story before, even though there's no way you could have known that. When you first posted this thread, I looked at the first post, glanced at the titles of the chapters and expected some bland faux-minimalist nonsense that tried to be bleak and depressing for the sake of being bleak and depressing. When I finally sat down and read, though, it was nothing like that. I summed up my feelings of the end result well enough in my review of the final chapter, so I won't reiterate, but... Thank you for the story, is all I can really think to add.

You could say that I envisioned the orange gi for Goku and blue suit for Vegeta. I don't think Vegeta would have used his armor for that battle, unless Goku did the same as they would be fighting in equal terms. But the same as with Goten's hair, I sometimes leave those details out to let people fill in the blanks with what they like.

Thank you Sun-Wukong. Don't worry about it. At the start I didn't know how to name the chapters, I suck at titling. It took me two weeks to come up with the name of the story without it sound cheesy! I eventually decided to settle on "Journey's End" for "Journey to the West". I decided to name the individual chapters after something relevant in that part. I had actually played with the idea of using "Swan Song" for the final chapter but realized that "Brillance" described much better the feeling I got from writing that last part.

Krillin always had a very special place in my heart and that's one of the only things I liked from the GT ending.

Heh, I'm glad my English is not that botched as I thought. lol It was one of the main reasons I stopped writing after some Naruto Oneshots I did. I didn't feel ready to take on a larger story. When I took the courage to do it, I just described what was playing in my mind, not caring much if it was properly written. I simply needed to tell that story and share it because it felt right. I'm happy to see so many people liked it. :')

See, I hadn't even made the connection between this title and Journey to the West's, although it makes perfect sense now. I felt like kind of a hypocrite, too, since when I finally started writing a story, the best title I could come up with was pretty lousy...

Yeah, it was perfectly readable. I won't lie, it read pretty awkwardly most of the time, but the story you were trying to tell was interesting, and the overall format--minus the syntax--was well done, so that shined through.

I just marathoned the story today. It was nothing short of amazing. I have never seen writing this good in a while. You should be very proud of yourself for this story. Also chapter 5 got me just like everybody else.
