- I enjoyed most of Dragonball GT, however I really disliked the Dark Dragonball Arc.
- I have never watched a single episode of the Original Japanese DBZ, I've only ever seen the dubbed version.
- I don't own a single Dragonball DVD, if I want to watch the series I will watch the VHS' I recorded as a kid.
- I ruined most of my DB figurines by doing crazy stuff like snapping their arm off in pretend fights.
- I enjoyed the Garlic Jr Saga, probably more so than the Cell or Buu sagas.

-Brolly needs more love and complete re-boot

I would love to see Broly as the following character:

- His personality is identical to Goku's, making him just so much more dangerous.
- In contrast to Goku, he grew up without any real guidance, so he never got the sense of right and wrong in his head, and is thus so much more scary.
- He is the Legendary Super Saiya-jin per definition. But it turns out that Goku is too. But Broly has due to his nature become stronger than Goku, knowing no limits whatsoever.
- Broly isn't pure evil like the types of Vegeta, Tullece and the Broly we know today. He is just as innocent and carefree as Goku, but without any real objective than just having fun no matter what costs (somehow like Buu, but more intelligent and independent)
- The plot would be that he found out about Earth's Super Saiya-jins and felt the urge to fight them. But for him, a fight only ends in death.
- Paragus would be in the movie as his father, the only one who could somewhat put him into a controlled environment. But when he tries to intervene in most important part the fight, Broly kills him to be able to fight more.
- He is even interested in fighting characters at their own levels, drawing the fight out as long as he can, just to go all out when he is close to lose the fight.
- So in essence, a Goku with the extreme Saiya-jin thirst for battles and challenges, and without a sense of good and evil (which makes him a character that can't be reasoned with at all).
- Near the end of the movie, when Broly is about to be defeated, he unlocks the LSSJ, going rampage and defeating most of the characters.
- In a last ditch attempt, Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks and Piccolo focus their powers together and shoot their signature attacks at once. Broly answers with a beam of his own. Their powers seem even, but Broly starts to take the beam battle seriously and the Eartlings are slowly losing too much energy.
But then Kuririn comes to save the day! With a Kienzan aimed at Broly's tail, he manages to distract him. When he finds out that Broly hasn't lost any power (since he thought it would work as it did to Goku in early Dragonball), he uses Taiyoken, just as he is swatted away like a fly by Broly, and the beam struggle stops.
Blinded by the Taiyoken, the Earthlings have some more time to focus their last powers. And when they are done, Broly fires another beam, which is met by a much more powerful beam.
The Earthlings scream their attack names one after one, and exhaust their powers, and Broly loses and is destroyed.

I am a HUGE fan of Dragon Ball Hentai (if anyone has any links PM me XD), especially Chichi.

When I was a kid, I was bored by DB and DBZ but I loved GT for some reason.

I am a huge fan of Yamcha and the other humans/Ten (not sure what he is) and I wish they were equal to the base Saiyans.

I also like Dragon Ball Evolution in a so bad that it's good type of a way. I find the movie rather enjoyable due to being so badly executed. The movie sucks when it came to story telling (Piccolo came out without explaining and Goku being in High School was stupid) and it had bad acting but I knew that the movie was going to suck. I put DBE on the same level as Plan 9 and Dungeons & Dragons when it comes to fun bad movies.

-I watched and enjoyed dragonball evolution. By that I mean, I watched the movie around when it came out and enjoyed and laughed at all the things wrong with it. I just had fun seeing how stupid it could get. So in a way I enjoyed it. Not sure how it holds up if I were to watch it again now.

-Broly movies always had P.I.S. endings

-Tenkaichi 3 is way overrated

-Goten is kind of a lame tool

-Future Trunks should have stuck around. The banter he could have with Present Trunks would be gold.

-I think Toriyama should re-write GT into something better

-Dragonball Heroes could make a great anime (though hoishi believers would think they were right all along)

- I find the Japanese version overrated, both in voice actors and music.
- I've never read the Manga. Maybe a scan of a page or two but not the entire thing.
- Kid Trunks' Japanese voice is HORRIBLE!
- I really don't like the Buu Saga.
- Akito Tokunaga's GT soundtrack is easily the worst I've heard for a Dragon Ball product.
- Raditz has the coolest looking character design for a Saiyan.
- GT ending > Z Ending.
- I like the Kenji Yamamoto ripoff's better than the originals.
- I've never watched the entirety of the original Dragon Ball.
- Broly should have been a two parter.
- Cooler should have been his own saga instead of Garlic Jr.

That's all I can think of for now.

This is one of the best threads I've seen in awhile. I really enjoy how diverse the opinions are on what I used to think were very popular trends.

For me:
- I hate the Red Ribbon arc, except for the Tao Pai Pai/Korin stuff.
- I only really enjoy Movies 3, 9, 12 and 13. The rest are mediocre IMO.
- Dragon Ball Kai's greatest accomplishment was fixing the Goku vs. Freeza fight. It's the definitive version of it for me.
- I think the Namek arc isn't as bad as some make it out to be. It only occasionally drags.
- I really hated how the Namekian Dragon Balls were so conveniently powered up and already gathered for Kaioshin and Dende. Toriyama's worst writing moment IMO.
- Cell's Japanese voice is the greatest animated performance I've ever listened to.
- The scene where Gohan (Adult) screams at Videl to stop her from revealing he's the Saiyaman always kills me.
- I love Android 18's forehead. I dig chicks with big foreheads.
- I really dislike Movie 5.


On Dragon Ball GT
- I love GT's Japanese music.
- Super Saiyan 4 Goku transformation scene (Japanese) is my favourite after Gohan SSJ2 scene. It's beautiful.

- I admit I always cry when I see the original japanese Bardock TV Special. It has a a really sad vibe.
- I admit I like Krillins Ocean dub voice slightly better than the original.
- Trunks in Movie 9 is the bad ass version of him. Every other version is queer.
-For some reason getting sent to the "Next Dimension" was better than the original Otherworld.
- I would like my DBZ music to begin with"Rock The Dragon and end with "Zenkai Powa"!!
- Bulma till this day, still gives me a boner!!

I wish I could have, but I didn't think it was too terribly cheesy, just bland and poorly made. It was kinda in a bad spot. If it had been much more poorly acted, then perhaps I could agree with you.
