What could the Z fighters work as?

I once had an idea for a fanfic based on my experiences working at the Olive Garden (with restaurant and employee name alterations). The plot was basically Goku and Vegeta basically eat so much at the restaurant that Bulma and Chichi become embarrassed or something. They refuse to pay the bill so the saiyans are forced to work there to pay off their debt.

My GM is happy, but I amplified her personality and added a bit of cluelessness. For example, Vegeta is his atypical cranky self, but she decides he would make a great host (oh the humanity of the frustrated customer that asks how much longer do they have to wait!). Goku I can't remember if he would have been a server, busser, line cook, or bar tender. Any of those occupations he would end up being absolutely terrible at, resulting in clumsily dropping dishes or constantly messing up orders in hilarious ways.

I always liked some of the little things that Toei came up with like that, like Marron being Trunks's secretary.

I have to admit, I'm kind of relieved that somebody besides me is getting GT and GTR mixed up now.

I see. I didn't know about GTR so I was starting to think my memory was failing. Although, if you think about it, it shouldn't be that far fetched. Goten and Marron working for Trunks at Capsule Corp would be the most easier for them.

Maron (Krillin's ex) and Palace - Strippers.

Oh and Z fighters could be farmers or martial arts teachers, I guess.

In my headcanon, Maron learns martial arts from her dad and gets her mom's materialistic personality. So I think she should become a ninja maid bodyguard for the king of the world.

Goku - Farmer ( a short lived career as he would eat all the produce)

Gohan - scientist ( slowly turning into a mad scientist due to the influences from his traumatic childhood)

Piccolo - dojo owner in a secluded area. He made a good job as a trainer and a coach. Pretty much the Piccolo training Gohan scenario.

Vegeta - I can't see him working for someone, probably he could work for NASA as a space expert, providing information, but being very hard to work with. Bad ideas are met with arrogance.

Trunks - a rich playboy born into his wealth, owning a company, successfully tripling its worth since his taking over of the company. At night he travels as a vigilante, preventing crimes and punishing criminals.

Goten - not the sharpest one. But I guess he would do well as a celebrity. He would probably start with sports then getting a record deal and become a rock star. Or he would start a Mr. Satan-esque career.

Yamcha - he seems like the most normal one, so I guess that he would become a movie star, playing action heroes. Or a stuntman.

Tenshinhan - I don't know why but together with Chao-zu I believe that they would become traveling cooks, selling dumplings as they travel to new lands and face strong fighters. Sometimes it's a fighting challenge, sometimes a cooking challenge. The final boss would be a fighting cook. It would in hindsight make a great spin off IMO.

Kuririn - I don't know why, but something about him screams shoe salesman. Like, for shoes that hide bad foot odor and such. Like, scientific shoes.

Chichi - I believe that no matter what, her job would be to be a mom.

Kuririn has no sense of smell, so it doesn't make sense why he'd care about how much people's feet stink.

Which would be a perfect job for him, since his clientele would be people with pathologically smelly feet.

That movie brings back such good memories! I think they are actually very similar now that I think about it.

Maybe I'm the only one who ever thought this... but it's kind of my headcanon that Goten becomes a manga artist or an artist of something kind... I don't know why..? Other than that, wouldn't he make a good sports coach or something? Haha, a physical education teacher would be hilarious.

I know of a lot of people who think Gohan would become a university/college teacher.. but I honestly don't really like that... I think the idea of him becoming a scientist far more interesting!

As for others, I guess I agree with what has already been said.
