It's possible. I guess 20th Century Fox and Funimation will give out some type of release info by next year. I guess Funimation will end up renewing their Dragon Ball license again soon.

Are we sure that's Pilaf and the gang, and not his slightly more inept cousin and his gang or something? Pilaf's colors are fairly odd...I mean, he's green. =P

It could be the main villains of the movie :P . We still know nothing about the movie's story.

Thoughts on the idea of Pilaf's gang being the movie's bad guys = Goku fighting giant robots? I'm hoping for something more grand scale than that, even though I enjoyed watching Goku battle Pilaf's gang in DB. Just because the colors are off on Pilaf's(?) figure doesn't mean it's not him, DB's proven to have no 100% color scheme.

I do like that Vegeta's listed there as one of the figures though; one of my remaining worries was that Trunks and Goten would eat up the plot (Child Goten is adorable, but child Trunks was never my favorite Trunks, I prefer Future Trunks to him); but if we've got Vegeta and ssj3 Goku as the featured figures, I guess that might not be so.

That green thing is probably the son of Pilaf. C'mon, guys, it's pretty obvious what happened. When a short blue would be dictator and his gun toting henchwoman love each other very much...

No way. Shu and Mai were totally hot for each other. Pilaf probably just...did...something else. Or something.

He did have those cameras all over the castle...dear god, what have I done!

My guess is that Pilaf releases again another demon or something, like he did with Piccolo Daimao.

I guess it's possible that it is Pilaf's kid instead of Pilaf himself there; I mean, even though the scan's really small, that outfit kind of looks like the de facto preschooler/kindergartener uniform you see in older anime. All he needs is one of those yellow hats. I could be wrong though; maybe it is just Pilaf in a different outfit.

#17 was brought back despite the fact that he nearly killed Piccolo the first time that they fight and the other z senshi. I don't view him any different from Pilaf.

I do. 17 beat up the Z Fighters, but IIRC he never killed anyone and in the past 7 years had been living peacefully. Pilaf tried to take over the world, unleashed Piccolo Daimao, and I'm pretty sure there was some mention of him doing shady things to get the Dragon Balls he obtained.

It was established a long time ago (1997, Dragon Ball GT) that Pilaf was alive during this time period.
Pilaf never killed anyone... he is not a bad guy. Another possibility is that he might have in space while Buu was attacking Earth.

I remember reading that Pilaf still try to take over the world over the years until Cell show up. I doubt he would escape out of hell in the movie if the movie is set in the manga universe. I guess he could have been brought back to life since the only the really evil people never brought back (Like Tao).
