Why is the website on Daylight savings time still?

Why is the website on Daylight savings time still? Will it change by itself or does a moderator have to do it.

I'm not really sure what you're talking about, because as far as I can tell it isn't, or at least on my end it isn't. It's set up to automatically adjust for daylight savings time.

On my end it says its on day light savings time.

Yes, it's on a per-user basis.

User Control Panel >> Board Preferences >> Edit Global Preferences >> Summer Time/DST is in effect

Not all areas of the world even bother with DST.
