Yep, that's a bootleg from Hong Kong. The image of Goten they used is from the individual disc release, specifically volume #36. The image was also used on a promotional poster for the individual disc release back in 2006

Another giveaway is the usage of FUNImation's cover art for Dragon Ball Z Kai Part 1. Oh, and I hate to admit it, but those are actuallly some nifty looking bootlegs...I'm sorry.

Yeah, if it were cheap enough I'd throw out the discs and put the Funimations ones inside.
