Why is everyone automatically assuming Vegeta get's Brainwashed? That the Jackel guy is the ONLY new opponent? And Where the heck did Body swapping come into play?

And also What's the big deal with Pilaf Being green? That's probably how he was intended to be anyway. Look at the original Kinnikuman series They had different colors from the manga too

I don't have a problem with Pilaf being green. Or if the Cat-Rabbit-Jackal ("CaRakal"? ) is the only enemy.

He's blue in the full color manga pages. But Toriyama does often change chatacters' colors.

As for the other stuff, it's due to a combination of too little information and too much time to speculate.

I don't know if I'm fully behind the idea of Vegeta's body-swapping (as in, I dunno how likely I find it), but I do find the idea hilarious beyond belief.

The outfit on that Pilaf figure really is weird, not to mention the green skin, so maybe it is a son or something, as others have speculated. All I know is, that means more awesome Shigeru Chiba in this movie, and I'm excited for that.

It's fan speculation. It happens all of the time for every major franchise when we get some new piece of info. I remember some Marvel fans are claiming they saw a hint of the Hulk in the Iron Man 3 teaser.

Real Answer: If it is his son, I doubt they'd show a mother (unless they do say it's Mai or something), so for all we know there's a woman out there that looks just like Pilaf, so they totally could be attracted to each other and pop out a Pilaf Jr.

There's something else not adding up between this presumed film poster, and the pictures of the figures. On the poster, Vegeta is wearing his Cell-era armor again. On the figure however...



That looks like his Boo-era outfit. Does he go through both outfits in the movie for some reason, is it something else off (like Pilaf's color scheme perhaps), or maybe the poster really is just an amazingly good fake.

The anime is a lot more consistent than Toriyama ever is. Pilaf has always been blue there, so no real reason to be green now unless they plan on having him Hulk-out.

Oh wow, you're right. Looking back at that main promo image we got a while back, it was the armor then too. Now I'm extremely curious as to why the figure isn't in that outfit.

Maybe it's an imposter-Vegeta. :3

Maybe one of the villains either:
A) Can transform into other people the way Oolong and Puar can
B) Can create their own copies of characters like the Goku that Mr. Popo created as a sparring partner for real Goku during filler

Yeah, that's the problem of there being such tiny hints of what's in the movie, amidst so much room to speculate - we're all over the place here.

It could easily be any of the things mentioned. I'm kind of liking the body swap idea the most, and the 'he's hanging out in the outfit and then switches to the armor for battle' theory second, I think.

I wonder if Vegeta's happy face is because Bulma reveals she's pregnant with Bra. Assuming if you can take GT for anything, Vegeta's heart seems to melt for his daughter. Maybe that could be something that could be fleshed out and made to be very funny; big bad ass Vegeta, whose heart is as solid and cold as stone has secretly always wanted a little girl to take care of.

Who knows? Maybe Tarble shows up and shows off his baby. I think there could be a lot more possibilities for Vegeta to get all giddy aside from body swapping.

EDIT: On a side note, why is it that Chibi Trunks' Super Saiyan hair is NEVER consistent?
