Personally, I think Gohan could possibly pull through, he seems like he can draw out more power where as Dabra seemed like he was maxed out. It's up in the air for all I know.

Not sure. If Gohan were to pull out a SSJ2 then Dabura gets owned.

Gohan Ssj2 would Defeat Dabura, but a lot less easily than Ssj2 Gohan would have defeated Cell.

Ssj Gogeta Vs. Buutenks. Who would win the fight before the fusions time out?
Like Kaboom, I have Warrior Janemba and Super Buu at about equal levels. Buutenks is basically twice that of Super Buu, who Goku said he couldn't defeat. He also has a hard time with Warrior Janemba. Plus Gogeta completely tanked a punch to the face from Janemba, so i'd say he'd have to be at least twice as strong as him.

I think Gohan would have a bit of an edge in battle power, but Goku's greater skill would be enough to give him the win, though I wouldn't necessarily be surprised to see Gohan come out on top.

By Freeza arc, you mean the battle with Freeza? If so, Gokuu would win, I believe that they're both on the same level but this is Gokuu, so he'd win.

If this is Goku fighting Freeza I go with Goku, If this is Goku Fighting Ginyu, I go with Gohan.

I think Gohan would have been a fair bit stronger than Goku after 3 years of training with Goku and Piccolo, so I'd say he wins.

In terms of power, yeah, I'd say Gohan is superior. He's been training with Goku and Piccolo, and I think his base form would be on-par with Goku's at that point, something around 5 million. His only major disadvantage compared to them is just not having Super Saiyan yet. Putting character flaws/quirks aside, Gohan would win, but Goku would be able to put up a decent fight just like he did with Freeza initially.

Side question:

Would Gohan get more out of SSJ4 or his Power up from the Elder Kaioshin.

SSJ4 apparently has no drawbacks (which is odd when SSJ3 had some, so you would think a more powerful form would have more drawbacks.)

How much did Gohan's power multiply after his potential was released and expanded upon.

I would say that Gohan is still quite a lot stronger than Goku, because he had a crapload of dormant power. And SS4 still uses a lot of power, which is why Gogeta only lasted 10-15 minutes. So Goku would wear himself out quickly.

For some reason SSJ4 doesn't have nearly as many problems as SSJ3. Gotenks fusion time is cut to 5 minutes upon SSJ3.

It's a tough fight, but eventually Goku is going to run out of steam and drop out of SS4, while Gohan can't lose his 'form'.

I think, for the sake of being different (and trying out my shiny new 1000x multiplier for SSj4 in GTR), that it would be a very close fight, and Goku might have a very slight edge in power. It would probably come down to who runs out of energy first, and that's most likely to be Goku.

You also have to take into consideration that this is Gohan, a rusty fighter, fighting Gokuu, a fight-aholic. Do you think that skill would matter?

It all depends on your multiplier for Ssj4. After seeing this, I don't believe it can be x500, because he wouldn't even have been able to beat Ssj3 Gotenks.
So, using Kabooms 1000x Multiplier (Just going to borrow this ) Goku easily wins, while Gohan puts up a tough fight.
