Agreed, that was when their two voices blended together the worst for me. I don't hate Nozawa as Adult Gohan, it's just the mood is sort of killed when I hear Goku as Gohan's voice in fight mode. It's one of the reasons I like Hebert more. Well, they don't really have to find one person to play all of the Goku-related roles. It makes more sense to me that each character would, down the line, get cast to different actors (though the question becomes...would they still cast Goku as a woman? I really didn't like Brad Jackson's King Cold. It just felt wrong for the character. He's the "king" and he's gigantic (like seriously, look at the guy). I much prefer the deeper voice Jason Douglas gave the character. That really is my biggest issue with her. Her voice always cracked when she got mad or excited, and her yelling and reactions were always shrill and phony sounding, and her voice was really whiny sounding when she attempted inflections.
