The new layout is both pleasing to the eye and looks fresh and nice! I could get used to this :) .

This is different. It does look very slick while retaining the original color scheme. I do agree with earlier posts in thinking there is a bit of extra space between the user info and where the actual text shows up. Maybe it's like that to accommodate space for those with lots of little link-flags?

I'd also like to add that the banner up at the top with Shenlong looks very classy.

I clicked and I was like WTF???

I thought I'd been transported into a KanzenshuuEX hyperdimension.
I wipe it off the tile, the light is brighter this time, everything is 3D blasphemy.
My eyes are red and gold, the hair is standing straight up, this is not the way I picture me.
I can't control my shakes, how the hell did I get here? Something about this, so very wrong.
I have to laugh out loud, I wish I didn't like this. Is it a dream or a memory?

Whoa, this is going to take some getting used to! I had no idea this was being planned.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

So much to the better forum! :D

I must admit, I was just starting to think the same thing. Is there a reason it's as wide as it is?
It's something that bothers me as well, but it's because the width of the profile and post elements are set to a percentage. So the width of the profile element will actually look larger to different users, depending on their screen resolutions. You'll notice if you un-maximize your browser and adjust it horizontally, the size of the profile and post elements will change. At the moment I can't set the profile element to have a fixed width and the post element to have a percentage width that can adjust on resize. Trust me, I messed with it for quite some time the other day.

Ahh, I see. Well, it's not the end of the world, and I'm at least glad to know the reason for it. Thanks, Hujio.

Hmm, I'm missing the usernames atop the avatars. Additionally, I'm missing having "view new posts' on every page.

Still, dat banner.

This is simply just another free PHPBB theme, in fact the same one I used a long time ago.

I can easily change that at some point, I think. Well I at least know the username thing is easy to change.

As for the "view new posts", I'll look into it. I know you can get their from the forum topic page. Not sure if that helps.

Woah. This caught me off guard when I came to the forum just now. It'll take a little getting used to, but I must say that it looks nice! I like the new smilies!

Also, I agree with JulieYBM that the banner looks great. Very sleek looking. The forum and the main website feel more connected now.

Yep. The banner atop is very good and fitting.

I don't know if it helps, but like I said earlier, I just added a bookmark to my bookmark bar that would take me straight there. It's something I feel like I should have done a long time ago, because I'm finding it pretty convenient now.

I also made a "Mark forums read" bookmark for even greater convenience.

I just noticed we can choose between 3 different sizes for the forum; that's wonderful. Using the biggest size right now; very nice.
