PsyLiam's location: Liverpool, UK.
I was just wondering because hey, if Jerseymilk can see it, it must be shown on some Canadian channel. Unless Jersey's got some super robot providing her with TV from every station in the universe... Or, backed with evidence from other topics, maybe Jerseymilk is that super TV robot... now I'm scared.

Nope, sorry.
(Actually, if I ever do picture BW Megs, it's always his Transmetal version, since that was my favourite. Cool arm cannon thingie! God, I loved the Transmetals. The designs were great, the characters looked like the toys, and the toys themselves were great. Why has it gone so badly, badly wrong with Armada, eh?)

Because it's been dumbed down. Actually I think things started to go wrong when Beast Machines came. Curse that show! Ya, the transmetals were neat. I loved Dinobot II with those huge sickle claw fingers and the laser beam eye! Except his beast form wasn't as cool-looking. Yes, I have a Dinobot problem people, what are you gonna do about it?! That's also when the show was starting to peak into a really great series too. Wait a minute! That means you picture me with an arm cannon and rollerskates on my feet?!

Ohno! I don't have a "thing" in that way about him! I just think he was a great character and an excellent foil for Rattrap, who is my favourite character, I'll never forgive you, creators for what you made him into in Beast Machines!
And ya I guess I'd rather have roller skates than a T-Rex head for a hand. Plus when people tick me off, I could blast them with my arm cannon, or just at least whack them across the street with it.
On the subject of Scott McNeil, a friend of mine saw him at AnimeNorth last year and he was actually surrounded by fangirls!
Dear Lord! If I'd have been there it would have made such good target practice darn it!

I agree with you 100% about Rattrap. It was a great example of new writers only looking at the surface traits of a character, and missing all the important stuff. BW Rattrap was old, wise, a touch arrogant and selfish, but ultimately loyal and caring. BM Rattrap was young, bratty, and far, far too selfish and whining. BW Rattrap wouldn't worry that he was underpowered, he'd work his way around it, use it to his advantage. Plus his BM form looked cool.
An example of how good the BW writers was how that managed to take the stereotypical "young, cool guy" demographic loving character that networks demand, and actually make him hip, funny and likeable. Although Scott McNeil helped there too. Pity he turned into a moody bastard who finished every sentence with "period" in BM.

Don't forget BW Rattrap would complain a lot too-"We're all gonna die!", but he always gave off an air that he was in control. I just love that early episode where he rescues Cheetor from Tarantulas! Now that's a Bot in control and looking cool at the same time!
I certainly wouldn't want the BM Rattrap backing me up in a dark alley! With Beast Machines, it was almost like the writers took Rattrap and Cheetor and switched their personalities! Never forgive them!!
