I'm sure Gohan could have done this to Cell as well, if he wanted to. Gohan wanted to kill Bojack, while in Cell's case, he wanted to torture and humiliate him.

Yep, like how children's card games are serious business.

Perfect Cell, because he has more at his disposal and he's smarter.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I'm just about done with the concept of reboots and making shows that were products of their time and impactful "new and sexy" and in line with modern tastes and sensibilities. Let stuff stay in their era and give today's kids their own shit to watch.
I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about
your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

But Gohan is aware that Cell could survive that sort of damage, and didn't minded cracking his head of vaporizing some of limbs with that Kamehameha.

This is also a weaker Gohan, he lacked anger, so yeah I suppose he is weaker than Cell.

Cell also has an exoskeleton. Bojack doesn't.

I think Cell's regeneration would tip the balance.

Good Boo vs. Super Perfect Cell, Dabura, SSJ2 Majin Vegeta, SSJ2 Gohan, and SSJ2 Goku. I think it's too much for Good Boo to handle. Good Boo doesn't get stomped, but he doesn't win either.

Well Good Buu is a good deal weaker than Majin Buu since he is the lesser HALF of the Majin Buu. SPC should win alone.

SS2 Vegeta could probably win. Vegeta and Gohan or Goku together definitely could.

Boo gets easily eradicated.

Considering Boo presumably lost over HALF of his power in his split, I figure either SSj2 Goku or Vegeta alone could take him on now. Adding other SSj2-tier characters (and Dabra) into the mix to gang up on him just makes it unfair.

Good Boo can't do anything here, except get pummeled.

Fighting all of them, he'd be absolutely stomped.
One-on-one, he'd stomp Cell, Dabra and Gohan, then lose to Vegeta or Goku.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on

Majin Boo was doing better than Vegeta against Pure Boo, so I will give this to Mr. Boo.
I really wouldn't take in account him having less than half of Innocent Boo power, or at least not that it could be measured.

Alright let's move up to the next level then. Super Boo (no absorptions) vs. Super Perfect Cell, Dabura, SSJ2 Majin Vegeta, SSJ2 Gohan, and SSJ2 Goku. I still think the team of Cell, Dabura, Vegeta, Gohan, and Goku wins. They all get beat up pretty badly though and it isn't an easy fight.

Super Boo would erase all of them with utter ease. He's too powerful for them.

Well if they were willing to work together Cell could go for a Taiyoken and Dabura could spit on him. The end. Then there is the option of Goku and Vegeta doing fusion. However in terms of raw power, Super Buu wins.
