Honestly, this is a really tough question for me.
My default is still the English version, even for old DBZ. I tend to multi-task while I'm watching something. I'm usually playing a game, or writing, or something along those lines. I can't really do that with the Japanese version though, it requires much more focus on my part to follow along. So chances are that the next time I watch the series, it'll be dubbed again.
That said though, I love the Japanese version. It's clearly the better, more stable version, there's really no denying that for me now. And it makes everything a whole lot more seamless through out. So I'll probably watch this version again eventually, but I'm not sure it'll ever be the series in it's entirety again (except for Kai, that I do still need to get to in Japanese), and instead probably just some movies.
Oh, and while I do like the Falcouner score, and even the rock music put into a lot of the movies, I always watch the 'Dub with Japanese Music' score version. It makes things more seamless for me, even on the dub side, since Dragon Ball never had a dub score for it. And I don't think I could ever go back to GT's dub music. *shudders*
Beyond that, I do have a soft spot for the first 3 Ocean dub movies, so I do kind of wish I had those for the hell of it. I'd watch them every so often.
