Apparently, no. Everyone got haxed. SS4 Vegeta was equal to SS4 Goku beyond limits, SS Trunks was above Majin Boo, and equal to SS Goten, SS Gohan was stronger than SS Goten (and while base Goku was stronger than SS Gohan & Goten combined, in Super #17 arc, base Gohan was a near SS Goku from Baby arc), and Super Oob was far stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku (in Baby arc only though, by Super #17 arc, Super Saiyan Goku had surpassed him). I think he would be as strong as two Trunkseses together. That is to say he would be stronger than an ant.
When we last saw Trunks from the alternate timeline he was strong enough to overpower both Artificial Humans and base Cell. They are all shown to be a bit stronger than Freeza but not miles stronger, which isn't that much in the large scale of things. GT starts exactly one year after alternate Trunks defeats Cell, but in the main timeline. This main Trunks is shown to be able to go toe to toe against Abo and Cado when he was a child, who are said to be stronger than Freeza. So at the very least, main Trunks as a kid is at least as strong as alternate Trunks as an adult. By the time main timeline Trunks reaches the year GT starts, he simply has to be stronger than alternate Trunks. But lets say that they are at about the same level.
So finally, your answer would be, a tad stronger than Freeza, times itself, give or take a few numbers in that power level. That's the best logical answer you can get.
