Bills is stated to be the strongest in the history of Z. It would seem to me Bills is stronger than Vegetto. The Kaios and the Kaioshins are lesser Gods and the movie pretty much makes Bills out to be the end all strongest thing the series we'll see besides Goku. I can see SSJ God Goku mopping the floor with Vegetto.
I was making a joke at the expense of the dbz gods . I still think it could go either way but I'm not ruling out any options. If Bils is confirmed the single strongest (as was said before the announcement of SSJG in a quote) then I wonder how Goku could possibly win at a disadvantage with SSJG as "Goku in trouble" is listed as part of the track after SSJG appears?
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

It could just be Goku is in trouble with Chichi . However I think 2 nigh Omnipotents struggling a fight to the death is still a cool idea.

If the movie 100% confirms SSJ God being that strong then that kind of surpasses toei's Goku Time crap. If Goku alone is confirmed above Vegetto then that makes everyone else pretty useless unless everyone else can achieve this state as well. SSJ God must have a massive multiplier if it's greater then Goku x Vegeta x 50(SSJ Vegetto).

Too early to tell really. I think the "Strongest in Z history" thing is probably an exaggeration (granted, my opinion could change once the actual movie comes out). For all we know, it could be media hype/fluff.

Base Gohan wasn't many times stronger than base Goten or Trunks, and in his Ultimate state he was stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, so I can see Super Saiyan God Goku being stronger than Super Vegetto.
Now, to those who believe that Birusu and Goku will be Omnipotent... Sorry, not happening. Gods never worked like that and never will in Dragon Ball. If they are stronger than Vegetto, then the Goku X Vegeta doesn't work literally.
