I don't think Kei said anything about that yet. Just Birusu said there are twelve other universes and Uisu is a martial arts master and stronger than him.

Right, Kei hasn't said anything about Beers (heh) being the weakest of 12 Gods of Destruction. I think that was a rumor off 2chan. Could still turn out to be true, but we don't have a good source yet.
