The Sun & Kamehameha combined explosion could cause an explosion that would destroy the whole Solar System, if Toriyama wanted to.

Why does the trailer for the movie say Bill will destroy the Galaxy, and what is Vegeta eating ?

It says Solar System for starters and what? Are we supposed to believe everything a character says? Some people believe Cell was boasting when he said he could destroy the solar system so the same logic applies here. I don't mind the idea that Birusu can destroy galaxies but nothing implies it.

In the trailer it says that the entire Galaxy will cease to be.

Also why would a trailer lie about a character's ability ? That doesn't make sense.

The galaxy can be done in over a long period of time, it doesn't have to be destroyed in an instant. What's most likely the case with Cell is He'll just destroy the sun which would technically destroy the solar system. There are no feats that suggest these guys can expand their Ki to the edges of a solar system or a galaxy.

Cell said that his Kamehameha had enough power to destroy the Solar System. No one ever said that he couldn't do it, there isn't any event in the manga that makes this impossible, so it's most likely true. You can disagree, but you shouldn't say this as a fact.

Scaling says it's highly unlikely. You can't say with certainty he can do it and really, stuff like this only matters when we compare who is stronger than who and since we have no concrete evidence, we can't use stuff like this for comparison's sake. I believe Cell can force the sun into a Supernova but I can't back that up.

Destroying a planet wasn't such a big thing at that point of the story. The Solar System though, that's another story.

He's supposed to be seen at the start with Kibito Kai, when they and Kaio are discussing Bils' waking up, I believe. I've been getting the feeling that we don't see either of them beyond this point though.

I still can't get over Detective Goten. ...Wait...does Goten have the nyoibo in that poster?! Does he use it in the movie at all?

I wasn't sure, that's why I left it untranslated. Google is iffy, sometimes you can get an accurate translation. But, most of the time it's completely off, haha. What I got from it, he did not come up with the name and Toriyama did. So, he is not 100% sure on the source himself. If I got the gist of that correctly.

I know, hell I'd wager that destroying a planet was nothing by the time they got around to fighting Freeza or even the Ginyu Force but thats just me. My comment was supporting the Idea that the Z fighters and Villians can control the size of their attacks.

Now that we know Mai and Trunks might be a thing, then I guess Marron x Goten wouldn't be so far-fetched.
